ALWAYS CHOOSE WISELY
In the granite installation business, there are many suppliers and competitors. A few put the industry into disrepute, a few are good, some are excellent, and some are poor. We believe our service and product offering is difficult to beat! Most people agree the following characteristics determine excellence in business.
Fabrication will be done according to measurements/templates. If your project requires that we tear out and remove your existing countertops, we will do so at the time of installation. We will also disconnect your plumbing at the time of tear out, so be sure not to use your dishwasher until your plumber has reconnected the water!
At installation, we ask that you also clear the work area of any objects and clear a path for the
installers to carry the granite. The installation phase can take the better part of a day and can require some final cutouts to be made in your home. Please keep in mind that this is a major remodeling job, and there may be some residual dust over the next couple of days. Be sure to check items left in cabinets. We recommend the drawers be removed. Items under the cook-top and sink cabinet must be removed to allow access. Some dust can result even though our installers are equipped to catch the majority of it. Granite, if not resin coated, is sealed at the time of installation.
04. JOB COMPLETION
Your inspection of the finished job is very important. The lead installer will review the installation with you, answer any questions you may have, and ask for payment of the final balance
due for your project.
